These cutting boards are made by Junno Design, Anton's other company that values the idea of "preserving wood and keeping tropical rain forests alive".
We use 100% kiln-dried durable tropical reclaimed hardwood glued together with food grade glue.
All cutting boards are individually different, ranging in thickness from about 3.2 cm to 3.8 cm and weighing 2.8 - 3.5 kg depending on the size.
A rust and salt water resistant stainless steel hook is fitted.
These beautiful cutting boards can be used for food preparation and for cutting and presenting meat and wors after it comes of the braai.
The cutting boards will last for many years with occasional cleaning with our woodfood® beeswax and oils, also sold on this website. The boards are sold preconditioned (soaked in woodfood® wood care oil for 24 hours) and require regular cleaning and application of wax and oil to prevent drying out and to keep them beautiful.
